After you check out, we mail you a foam imprint kit. You place it on a hard floor, stand in it with your full weight for about 30 seconds, and a precise impression of each foot forms in the foam. Seal it in the included prepaid mailer and send it back — that imprint is what we build your custom orthotics from.
Why do I pay before I get the imprint kit? +
Checking out reserves your custom-build slot and lets us ship your imprint kit and prepaid return label at no extra cost. Nothing goes into production until we receive your imprint — and you're covered by our 180-day fit guarantee the entire time.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA? +
Yes. Custom orthotics are an HSA/FSA-eligible expense, which means you can pay with pre-tax dollars — typically a 20–30% savings. Use your HSA/FSA debit card at checkout, or pay normally and submit the itemized receipt we email you to your plan for reimbursement.
How does the multi-pair discount work? +
Your first pair is $199, your second pair is $159, and every pair after that is $139. The discount is applied automatically based on the quantity you choose at checkout.
How long until I get my orthotics? +
Your imprint kit usually arrives within 3–5 business days. Once we receive your completed imprint back, our lab hand-crafts your orthotics and ships them — typically within 2–3 weeks.
Will they fit my shoes? +
Yes. Our standard orthotic is trimmable to fit most sneakers, work boots, and casual shoes. If you're ordering for dress or low-volume shoes, you can note that during the imprint step and we'll build a slimmer profile.
Can I pay in installments? +
Yes. At checkout you can split your order into 4 interest-free payments — so a single pair is about $50/payment instead of $199 up front.
How long do they last, and how do I reorder? +
With daily wear, most ReviveStep orthotics last 1–2 years. We keep your foot imprint securely on file, so when it's time for a fresh pair you can reorder in seconds — no new impression needed.
What if they don't help? +
Wear them for up to 180 days. If they're not relieving your pain or don't feel right, we'll remake them free until they fit — or give you a full refund. Custom support should work for you — or you shouldn't pay for it.
Are these a substitute for medical care? +
ReviveStep orthotics are designed to support common conditions like flat feet, overpronation, and plantar fasciitis. They are not a diagnosis or treatment for serious medical conditions. If you have diabetes, a foot injury, or severe persistent pain, please consult your physician.
